1 cup King Arthur (unbleached) all-purpose flour
3/4 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
1 3/4 cups sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon espresso (optional)
3 eggs (large)
1/2 cup (8 tablespoons) butter, melted/softened
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease a 9"by 13"pan. Put all of the ingredients into a large bowl in the order they are written in. Stir, then beat the mixture until it's smooth. Spoon the batter into the prepared pan. Bake the brownies for 25 to 30 minutes, or until they're just pulling away from the sides of the pan. Remove the brownies from the oven; let them cool before cutting.🎂🍥
I haven't tried to make them yet but i saw them on a flour bag and thought they looked good!!!⚓🎂
